Refund policy


These terms does not only apply for INSTABID.ME, they also apply for the members and users of the auction site to sell or buy items, in order to ophold the same standards of service and good behavior.

Our policy is payment within 48 hours after closing bid/purchase, if no payment, the purchase will be cancelled. After payment has been made, and the item is located in the same country as the buyer, the item will be shipped so the buyer within in 7 days from payment, can recieve and have the option of regret the purchase, and return the item in same condition as recieved, at buyers own expence. If 7 days have gone by since you have received the purchase, unfortunately we then can’t offer a refund or exchange, unless other has been agreed in writing. If the buyer is located outside the country of the item purchased, the 7 days return policy starts when the item has reached its destination for either pick up by buyer or at given adress for delivery. NOTE: If the above policy shows a pattern of bad behavior from either buyer or seller, we at INSTABID.ME uphold the right to take action against this, and in worst case it will permanent end use/membership of INSTABID.ME.

The payment will be released right away to the seller when the option to regret a purchase has ended, accordingly to the above policy.. This way we can secure that the payment is being made, and item will be shipped and recieved.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if the item is bought as new.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail/send your product to: INSTABID.ME, Gadevangen 36 , 2800 Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark. Only if the parcel was sent from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
